At Vionel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging (including case, cleaning cloth, and any accessories).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, this amount may be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
