What is your shipping policy and delivery time?

Switzerland:
• Express shipping: CHF 10.50 (next business day)
• Standard shipping: CHF 5.00 (2 business days)

Europe:
• Standard shipping: CHF 10.00 (2-4 business days)

International:
• Standard shipping: CHF 15.00 (3-7 business days)
• Express shipping: CHF 45.00 (1-3 business days)

Free shipping applies to orders over 65 CHF. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Do your glasses provide UV protection?

Yes. Our sunglasses (Glace, Ravix, Alvora, Zerya collections) offer 100% UV protection with Category 1-3 ratings. Our blue light glasses (VISTRO collection) filter blue light and are designed for screen use.

Are your frames unisex?

All of our frames are unisex and fit both men and women. Frame measurements are listed on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.

How do I choose the right frame size?

Frame dimensions (width, height, bridge, temple length) are listed on each product page. Measure a pair that fits you well and compare. If you need help, contact our customer service team.

Do you offer prescription lenses?

Currently, we specialize in non-prescription sunglasses and blue light filtering glasses. We do not offer prescription lens options at this time.

How do I care for my glasses?

Clean your glasses with a microfiber cloth and lens cleaner. Avoid using paper towels or clothing that can scratch the lenses. Store them in the provided case when not in use. Keep them away from extreme heat and direct sunlight when stored.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping starts at CHF 15.00 (3-7 business days) or CHF 45.00 for express delivery (1-3 business days). Free shipping applies to international orders over 65 CHF.

What materials are your frames made from?

Our frames are made from high-quality materials including polycarbonate, recycled polyester (rPC), and copper. Each product page lists the specific materials used. All materials are selected for durability, comfort, and style.
